Lumo Coffee is your personal espresso and coffee companion. It helps you save recipes, track experiments, and learn from your shots over time. Some features use AI to suggest recipes and adjustments so you can improve faster.
Free App: Lumo Coffee is 100% free to download and use. All manual recipe management features are available at no cost.
AI Credits: AI-powered recipe generation requires credits, which can be purchased in packs:
Credits do not expire. You only pay for credits when you need them.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time. Existing credits are not affected by price changes.
AI features in Lumo Coffee are designed to give you real, usable starting points based on coffee best practices and your inputs (beans, gear, taste goals). Many users get excellent results from these recipes.
However, espresso is sensitive: beans, water, grinder and machine all affect the outcome. You should treat every AI recipe as a smart starting point you can learn from and fine-tune, not as a guaranteed perfect shot on the first try.
Eligibility: You must be 18+ to use Lumo.
Account Security: You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use: Don't abuse the service, spam other users, or upload illegal content.
You own your content: The recipes, notes, and photos you add to Lumo remain yours.

14-Day Guarantee: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied within 14 days, contact us at support@lumo.coffee for a full refund.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Unused credits will be removed from your account upon refund.
After 14 Days: Credit purchases are non-refundable after 14 days or once credits have been used.
We use reputable infrastructure and regular backups to keep your data safe and available. Despite this, no online service can promise 100% uptime or zero data loss.
We work hard to keep Lumo stable, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of any information that is critical to you.
Be respectful. Share helpful feedback. Don't harass others. We reserve the right to remove content or ban users who violate these guidelines.
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Lumo is provided "as is". We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to results from AI-generated recipes.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
